Licensed producers are on the brink. Without urgent regulatory change, thousands of well-paying jobs in the cannabis sector are disappearing each year, especially in small and rural communities. Government inaction has put the social and economic gains since legalization at risk.

An entire industry is threatened.

How did it get to this in the 4 short years following legalization?
